I Want to share 3 simple rules that I use every day and that helped me get more done .

1. Plan your day the night before.

All you need to do is to write down the 5 most important things that you need to do tomorrow.

something you can prepare for tomorrow today. To make clothes, collect the documents for work and other little things. You spend 10 minutes on what you make your tomorrow better.






2. Get up in the morning half an hour earlier. Or even for an hour.

And select this time only for yourself. Let it be YOUR GOLDEN HOUR (even if it's 15 or 30 minutes) it is Important to set yourself up for positivity and energy. To create a good start to the day.






How to spend this time? Choose options

  • 1. to Go for a run or just walk around
  • 2. yoga
  • 3. once again review key priorities for day.
  • 4. Engage in meditation.
  • 5. Dance
  • is Very important, your Golden hour is not to turn on the TV and not to engage in Internet surfing. Stay only with yourself. And let the whole world wait.

    When you have the morning this habit, you will be surprised how productive will be your day.






    3. Refrain from multitasking

    Contrary to popular belief, multitasking is not very effective. It reduces the concentration on that task that you perform in the moment.

    Better to concentrate on one task.

    One single task at a time.

    Soon you will see how more can be done, focusing only on ONE thing .

    Step 1

    Write on a sheet of paper, what kind of work will you be doing ( what task to perform) in the next 45 minutes.

    Step 2

    Now disconnect the phone, close social networks and other distractions.

    Step 3

    Complete focus on this SINGLE task.And if you find that you are distracted, get up for a few seconds, then come back andonce again focus on this task.

    This method is suitable when you are at home or when at work responsibilities.

    If you know that you are one of those people who are distracted every 5 minutes, checking your phone or social media posts, then just put the phone in a handbag or take it to another room. So you can finish the job on which you focused in the now.
