According to numerous sociological researches, the Russian teenagers are looking for answers to important questions – about gender, about STIs, HIV/AIDS, Smoking, alcohol, surfactants, etc. – not parents, not doctors or teachers, and friends. However, they often recognize that tsiklyuyut among peers little reliable information and therefore not credible. It is therefore important to be able to deliver reliable and quality information on all significant youth issues through the most familiar channel.

In recent years, our organization "Youth center" is implementing the technology of conducting the training "peer to peer".

Teenagers-volunteers are specially trained, not only having knowledge on the issue, but also the skills of individual and group work, have a great potential for the implementation of preventive work among the youth.

a Volunteer is a volunteer, citizen involved in the decision of socially significant problems in the form of unpaid labor.

Volunteering – volunteering that is based on the ideas of selfless service to humane ideals of humanity and without purposes of profit, remuneration or career advancement, obtaining a comprehensive personal and social needs by assisting other people.

the Volunteer movement originates in Ancient Russia, later a charitable Foundation was created by members of the Royal family, where he was involved in charity and socially significant problems of society. Voluntary work is widely spread around the world. Volunteers volunteers from different countries United by a common goal to selflessly help others.

the Basic principles of communication on equal terms:

· the Equality of the parties – in the group all are equal, no leaders and subordinates. All have the right to Express their opinion, articulate their vision problems.

· Voluntary participation – all members of the group do not work by coercion but on the basis of their rights to receive information and deliberate choice.

· the Uniqueness of each person – whatever the socio-psychological, characterological, behavioral characteristics of group members, each of them requires an individual approach.

· Tolerance – in group work there is no place for stigma and discrimination, no matter, "deserves", whether someone from participants of a formal condemnation. The objective of preventive work is not a conviction, and the provision of alternatives to risky behavior.

· the Accuracy and completeness of information – provided by the participants of the group working information must be interesting, correct and informative. Myths are born when there is insufficient information or it is unclear. In the process, the need for participants to information should be granted. Some topics are inappropriate to discuss in the group. In this case, the participants need to know where, when and with whom they can continue the conversation on their topic of interest.

· Honesty – each participant in the group work has the right to remain silent or to talk about their feelings and experiences. If the host does not know the answer, it can be deferred until the next meeting to look for him together with team members, direct for advice to professionals, offer available information sources.
